Job Description:

Our Production team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator (PC) with a tech forward mindset to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating their painting projects, which includes scheduling, budgeting, and conducting job site visits in the Chicagoland area when needed. The PC also ensures that the customer and Trade Partner experience is second to none. This is a hybrid position that offers the flexibility of working remotely, but also requires the ability to do job site visits when needed.

The Production Coordinator is a hybrid position. This role will include a mix of remote and in-market work. Candidates will need to be in the Chicago area.

Responsibilities:

• Foster Trade Partner relationships
• Create work orders and assign to Trade Partners
• Schedule and coordinate projects from beginning to end
• Engage with clients and Trade Partners to ensure that all specifications are met
• Oversee projects to ensure quality execution, daily progress, safety, and anything required to get the jobs produced on time, on budget, with high quality and exceptional customer satisfaction
• Visit job sites as needed to ensure that production is proceeding smoothly
• Accounts payables and receivables responsibilities, including collecting payments from customers and paying Trade Partners
• Help create continued structure and improved organization/processes within the Production Coordinator position
• Share ideas and tools to provide the production team with increased capacity and efficiency
• Help with training future additions to the production team

Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in paint products and all phases of the painting process
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to navigate through cloud collaboration spreadsheets and databases
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box
